Waiting On Superman
After watching "Waiting On Superman", I realized how important education truly is. We sometimes take educaion for granted because it is a free requirement. But what about those who do not have the funds of education? It really touched me that a childs education is dependent on wether or not their number is picked. It hurt me even more that a teacher could sit in a classroom and collect a pay check by just reading a newspaper. How can ones heart steal from ones knowledge? We can not pour information in a childs head and we also can not expect a child to just know information without any help. After seeing the childrens determination to get into the school and how passionate they were about getting in the school, it really touched my heart and I cried. Something must change in order for our upcoming generations to recieve the knowledge they need. After the No Child Left Behind, we saw some changes but not the drastic change we thought to see. Race To The Top is progressing however, we must motivate our children to succeed so that they also realize how important education.

21st Century Classroom
Technology has enhanced the teaching in classrooms. Once upon a time computers were not even available to students, especially young students. Imn the 21st century classroom, kids are learning to type and search the web in 3rd grade. The work is also more relaxed to the students as in it is basically handed to them by technology. They arr now relying on technology engines such as google to research papers and look up information. The disipline in the schools have also changed. When I was in third grade I received the paddle not ISS. The teaching style today today has enhanced towards the degree of better disipline and learning to help students keep up with the society today.
